Mark and Roz have led Macquarie Life Church in Newcastle for over 33 years, overseeing its growth from 20 to 1000 members, whilst sending out 15 Senior Ministers and planting five churches. In 2024, they transitioned out of the Senior leadership of Macquarie Life Church, adopting a legacy model, which meant they could remain in their church. Roz and Mark are known for their humour, authenticity, and love for people. They have three grown-up kids and four grandkids. Roz also serves on the New South Wales State Executive and leads NSW/ACT ACC Women and Pastors Health.
